We provide free estimate services for all of our flooring solutions. Our team is dedicated to providing our clients with the best possible service and will even bring samples and take measurements to ensure that we provide the optimal solution for your flooring needs.
How long does an in-person consultation take?
Setup a free meeting today! It will take less than 30 minutes. We don't charge for flooring measurements like these big companies!
How much does it cost to rent samples?
Nothing!
Our flooring store distinguishes itself from competitors by providing a unique customer experience. We offer complimentary flooring samples that can be conveniently taken home to be evaluated in the customer's own space. Furthermore, we operate on a deposit-free system and do not impose any time restrictions on our clients, ensuring maximum flexibility and convenience.
How long will it take to get my orders?
The delivery time for flooring products varies depending on the origin of the order. In some cases, we are able to fulfill orders promptly, even on the same day. However, certain manufacturers, such as Mirage, require special orders and may necessitate a longer delivery time of up to two months. We recommend that our clients contact us to discuss their specific needs so that we may provide them with the most accurate information regarding delivery times.
On average orders will take 5-7 business days.
How much does it cost to install new flooring?
We understand that costs can fluctuate based on various factors such as the materials used and the size of the project. These guys were fantastic to work with, start to finish! I went into their showroom in Santa Clara where Rex helped me go through different Engineered Harwood floors, Luxury Vinyl Plans and underlayment with expertise and patience. Once I picked the floor sample I liked best he offered to let me take it home and see how the color looked in different lighting to ensure it was really the right fit!
Then I heard from Alexis right away to schedule the in home consult and get the project sized. Working with him on contracts and project coordination was super smooth.

This shop is where you need to go for your flooring needs! We spoke with a 5 different stores and this place the BEST place for pricing, help and friendliness!! Flooring is expensive and the choices are endless, trust me, come here first and compare how they treat you like family. This place beats other stores.
Herminio was so helpful and cared to talk to us about different flooring instead of just letting us walk around confused, he answered all our questions patiently.
