Refund policy
Industry standards for natural products such as hardwood and stone allow for variations in color, a 0.25” thickness tolerance, and up to a 5% defect rate. Buyer has the final inspection responsibility regarding grade, finish, and overall quality. Any shortage must be reported within 48 hours.
No credit or refunds will be issued for freight fees.
No returns on Special Orders.
A 25% handling/restocking fee applies to all Non–Special-Order returns.
Returns are accepted for unopened and undamaged merchandise only.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for quantities of 5 cartons or less.
No returns are accepted for customer-cut orders.
Shortage of materials must be paid by the customer.
Customer is responsible for any work deemed necessary after removal of the original flooring.
All material sales are final after 30 days — no returns or exchanges will be accepted beyond 30 days from the date of purchase.
